After moving from Indiana to Los Angeles, and earning my stripes in the BFA film production program at the University of Southern California, I cut my teeth in all aspects of film and TV production as a freelance jack of all trades. My feature debut came in 2010 with the independently financed film, Champion of Glory. Soon after, I founded the production company, The Sweatshop - originally geared for web post-production, the business quickly expanded, becoming a go-to one-stop-shop for award winning, AAA commercial ad campaigns, for a client roster that includes Google, Viacom, Warner Brothers, Fox, Visa, Kraft, Dodge, Samsung, AT&T, Taco Bell, EA Games, Activision, Comedy Central, Conan O'Brien, Rolling Stone, Sony and YouTube.

In 2011, I merged The Sweatshop with Freddie Wong's burgeoning media business to form the digital production company, and entertainment banner, RocketJump. For five years, we pioneered new forms of Online entertainment, bringing professional content to the YouTube platform. Through record breaking crowd-funding campaigns and revolutionary distribution methods, our culturally influential viral videos accumulated over 7 million subscribers and tallied over 1.4 billion views, making RocketJump one of the most watched video brands on the global web.

In 2015 I executive produced and co-starred in the hulu docu-realityseries, RocketJump: The Show, about my hit-and-miss adventures in the new media trade. From 2015-2017, through a first look deal with Lionsgate, I co-created, wrote and directed the hulu original sci-fi anthology series, Dimension 404, starring Mark Hamill, Patton Oswalt, Joel McHale, Megan Mullally, Robert Buckley, Lea Michelle, Ashley Rickards, Sarah Hyland, Matt Jones, Constance Wu, Utkarsh Ambudkar Lorenza Izzo, Adrienne Barbeau, Malcolm Barrett, Sterling Beaumon, Ryan Lee, Kenneth Choi and Tom Noonan. The series limited run premiered April 4th, 2018, and was hailed by Forbes as, “The B-movie ‘Black Mirror’ you didn’t know you needed!”

When I'm not developing new film and TV projects, I'm usually with my six year old Corgi/Daschaund mix, who's hands down the most adorable little pup you've ever seen. I love bad movies, good conversation, and great coffee. I'm very much a kid at heart who wishes every day was Halloween, spends endless hours at the movies (an unapologetic movie nerd), the world's worst gamer (who refuses to quit), occasional hobbyist, and frequent traveller.
